How many cameras am I permitted to have for each account?

For each account, you can have a maximum of 5 cameras. However, you are permitted to have an unlimited number of accounts.

How many plan(s) am I required to have?

It depends on the number of cameras you wish to have. For example, if you want a total of 15 cameras, then you will be required to sign up for 3 separate plans (one plan for every 5 cameras).

GoVideo will not take any action to preclude you from selling your GoVideo cameras. However, if you decide to sell your camera, you must cancel your account which will delete all your recorded clips indefinitely. The purchaser of your GoVideo camera will then need to set up his/her own subscription with GoVideo.

What happens when I cancel my account?

When you cancel your account, all your recorded clips will be permanently deleted and you will not be able to recover them. If there is unused time on your plan it will be not be refunded.

Yes. You may download any clips to your local device by clicking the download icon on the specific clip.

How long are recorded clips saved on the CLOUD?

It will depend upon the plan that you have selected. GoVideo currently offers plans with 1000 clips and 5000 clips. Depending on your plan, only the most recent 1000 or 5000 clips will be stored in the cloud. For example, if you have selected a 1000 clip plan and 1500 clips were recorded, only the last 1000 clips recorded will be saved in the cloud. NOT WITHSTANDING THE STORAGE LIMITATION ON THE CLOUD, YOU ARE ALWAYS FREE TO DOWNLOAD ANY AND ALL CLIPS TO YOUR PHONE OR OTHER DEVICE FOR STORAGE. As with the previous example you could download all 1500 clips to your device.
